Delivery & Pickup Policy
Delivery Timing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. Sunday delivery may be available from May 1 to June 30 during peak season.
- Customers may request a preferred delivery date at checkout or by contacting our office at 306-775-0790 or email. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific delivery times are not guaranteed. Routes are scheduled based on order volume and operational requirements.
Delivery Process
- All deliveries are completed as No Signature Required (NSR). Orders may be delivered without the customer present.
- Standard delivery locations include the front curb, driveway, or front entrance unless otherwise specified. Requests for alternate placement may be accommodated at the driver’s discretion and may result in additional charges.
- CLC will not access municipal property (including parks or playgrounds) or private property without prior approval from the homeowner.
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Some items may require additional processing time. Backordered or special-order items may take an additional 5–7 business days (or longer) for delivery.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately. Bulk materials and bulk or baled mulch cannot be combined with standard parcel shipments.
- Deliveries may be completed by Classic Landscape Company or authorized third-party carriers (including Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS).
Liability
By placing an order for delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Delivery will occur without a signature requirement.
- CLC is not responsible for damage to property resulting from delivery, including access to driveways or placement areas.
- CLC is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party delivery providers.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled prior to being loaded or shipped.
- Cancelled or refused deliveries are subject to a restocking fee of up to 60%.
- Certain items are final sale, including but not limited to:
- Artificial turf
- Pre-cut landscape fabric
- Landscape lighting
- Contractor tools
- Paving stones and retaining wall products
Delivery Area
- We currently deliver within the following Saskatchewan communities: Regina, White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, McLean, and surrounding areas.
- For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for a custom quote.
Plant Policy
- All plant material (annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees) is final sale and non-refundable after 24 hours from delivery.
Pick-Up Policy
Order Timing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically available for pickup the following business day, unless otherwise advised. Customers may be notified when their order is ready.
- Pick-up is available during regular business hours only unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pick-Up Requirements
- A valid receipt is required for all pick-up orders. All orders are released as No Signature Required (NSR).
Loading & Responsibility
All items are loaded at the customer’s risk. By picking up an order, the customer agrees that:
- CLC is not responsible for damage during or after loading
- The customer is responsible for securing the load safely
- Proper equipment (e.g., straps, tie-downs) must be provided by the customer
Backorders
- If an item is unavailable, a team member will contact you with an estimated pickup or delivery date.
Cancellations & Returns
- Cancelled or refused pick-up orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 60%.
The following items are non-refundable once ordered:
- Artificial turf
- Envy Wall products
- Artificial plants
- Pre-cut landscape fabric
Plant Policy
- All plant material is final sale and non-refundable after 24 hours from pickup.
Order Storage
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the order date. After this period, a $25/day storage fee will apply and must be paid at the time of pickup.
