A quick-growing mixture of premium quality turf-type grasses selected for Western Canadian growing conditions. This is our best mixture & is suited for lawns that can be maintained by watering, fertilizing & mowing on a regular basis throughout the growing season. With proper care this mix will produce a lush yet durable turf in a reasonable period of time. Once established it can be subjected to normal use; while it is somewhat shade tolerant it performs best in full sun with adequate maintenance. This mix consists of quality Kentucky Blue Grass Varieties, Fine Fescue and a nurse crop of Perennial Rye.  This mix will produce a consistent-looking turf & will enhance the appearance of your yard for many years!
